Daytime Classes
Wednesday & Friday mornings 9.15 - 10.25am
Tuesday afternoon 1.15 - 2.25pm
Location: Castlewold Drive, Bethlehem
(NOTE: daytime classes run during the school term)

Evening Classes
Monday & Thursday evenings 7.00 - 8.10pm
Location: Total Rehab Pilates Studio

$12 a class (first class free)

My yoga classes offer a flow practice with an emphasis on the mind-body connection. Moving with ease through yoga poses in harmony with the breath can be incredibly calming for the mind.

My classes focus on the enjoyment of yoga, moving safely, and respecting and listening to our bodies as we practice together.
